Interview
If your application is a good fit, we invite you to an interview. There, we answer questions about the position, working hours and training.
Contract and hiring
If it works for both sides, you receive your employment contract and we schedule your start date.
On-site training
You start with paid on-site training – usually in Arad, sometimes in Sibiu. Afterwards, you work from home.

No. We hire employees from all over Romania, and after your training you work from home. For the training, you come on site, mostly to Arad, sometimes to Sibiu. We are currently setting up a further site in Timișoara.
