Who we are

aLIVE Support S.R.L., headquartered in Sibiu, provides customer service for companies in the DACH region – nearshore in the EU, managed to German standards. It is part of the aLIVE group, whose parent company aLIVE-Service GmbH was founded in Magdeburg in 2013 and has been family-owned ever since.

aLIVE Support S.R.L. works in Sibiu and Arad, with Timișoara being set up; after training, many teams work from home across Romania. The parent company aLIVE-Service GmbH has its sites in Magdeburg and Quedlinburg.
