Yes, the teams in Sibiu and Arad work on the project data with approved accounts. Romania is an EU member, and the GDPR applies there directly. We only use freelance advisers within the EU, and only if you allow it.
Return and deletion are governed by the data processing agreement. At the end of the project, we carry out the agreed steps and confirm them to you.
