How it works

This is how your inbound mail becomes an orderly work queue.

01

Define categories

Together with your specialist department, we define topics, responsibilities and deadlines. These categories are the basis for every assignment.

02

Suggestion by software

The software suggests a category for each document. Unclear cases go straight to a person.

03

Check and process

Our case processing team checks the assignment and processes the case to completion. We analyse misassignments and adjust the rules.

All inbound channels

Email, scanned letters and forms can flow into the same work queue. That gives you one overview instead of several mailboxes.

No. The software only suggests a category and responsibility. Decisions on content are always made by case processing according to your requirements.

That depends on your documents and categories. That is why we measure misassignments in your project and report them in the monthly report. We do not give blanket rates.

We disclose in advance which software is used and where it processes data, and set this out in the DPA. Nothing is used without your approval. Our data protection officer is involved.
